The TalentForge Program has been on a transformative journey, driven by a collective commitment to empower recent graduates for success in the competitive job market. Its inception stemmed from a clear vision: to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application, specifically targeting third-class and second-class graduates. This vision brought together a dedicated team of professionals who meticulously planned and prepared the program’s curriculum, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
The early stages were characterized by intense focus on development, with a keen eye for detail and innovation. The program’s comprehensive training curriculum was tailored to meet the evolving needs of today’s job market, offering a blend of workshops and immersive sessions in key areas such as finance, human resources, and project management.
Story So Far
Throughout its journey, TalentForge has witnessed a surge in enthusiasm and dedication from participants. Dynamic workshops on resume building and interview skills, coupled with hands-on training, have equipped graduates with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed in their professional endeavors.
